Střelnice v Darkovičkách

The subject of my thesis is to develop architectural and engineeting documentation for the construction implementation of Shooting range Darkovičky, which has developed based on the architectural and urban development study in the subject Studio Work III, Studio Work IV and Studio Work Va. The Shooting range Darkovičky is a multifunctional building, which is located in the are of the Museum of the Czechoslovak border fortifications in Hlučín - Darkovičky, close to the heavy military object MO – S 20 „Orel“. Building consists of one hundred meters long shooting range, shooting range facilities, shooting club facilities, garages for off road vehicles used for the transportation between each military object on the line, daily bar with 270 degree view and last, but not least, ammo/weapon/army shop. My main goal is to design an object to refer to the nature of this location and to ignite an interest about the history.
