Abstract
Subject of this master’s thesis “Family House – Economic Evaluation of Energy Intensity” is a
calculation of object energy intensity according to regulation 78/2013 Sb. and according to
Passivehaus Institute methods in PPHP software. The first part of thesis is dedicated to passive
family house construction design. Next part includes result comparison of particular
calculations and also method comparison. The final part is dedicated to technical fixtures and
fittings, specifically sanitary equipment and heating.
