Abstract

Presented dissertation is about occupational health and safety in mining area. It is focused on the cooperation between state administration, employers and trade union in this area with puting emphasis on the trade union role. Basement for the dissertation is taken from the general legislative adjustment of the occupational health and safety area. Trying to highlight necessity of respecting mining specifics and shows impact of segments that influence this area. Dissertation includes as well brief information about risk evaluation area as a starting point of securing occupational health and safety.
