Abstract
The theme of this thesis is to compare the material variants plumbing components to the new building apartment house. This house has four floors and gable roof ends. Plans, sections and elevations are accompanied by this work. The building is designed as a "start building" for new families. The total number of dwelling units is 18 +1 for a person with reduced mobility. In this work, we compare and evaluate products from the plumbing company SATJAM and galvanized steel in terms of cost, maintenance, variation, selection, aesthetics, installation and labor intensity.
