Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the general part of the evacuation of people and current issues of readiness of employees during the evacuation of all employees. If there is an unexpected extraordinary event in ArcelorMittal Ostrava. The general part of the thesis deals with the essential knowledge and general description of the evacuation of people. The second part describes the current status of evacuation plan and readiness of employees of the ArcelorMittal Ostrava to evacuate, assesses the current state of the evacuation system and suggests improvements and additions evacuation plan.
