Finanční analýza firmy SSI Schäfer, s.r.o. Hranice

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku SSI Schäfer, s. r. o., Hranice mezi lety 2008-2011. Zhodnocení je provedeno pomocí vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na pět částí. První část je úvod a poslední závěr. V druhé kapitole je popsána metodologie finanční analýzy. Jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé ukazatele poměrové analýzy, horizontální a vertikální analýza a metody pyramidového rozkladu finanční analýzy. Třetí kapitola obsahuje představení společnosti, její historii a předmět podnikání. Pomocí vertikální a horizontální analýzy je uveden vývoj jednotlivých položek rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty za rok 2008-2011. Tato kapitola zahrnuje také SWOT analýzu společnosti. Čtvrtá část je aplikační. Obsahuje zhodnocení finanční situace podniku SSI Schäfer, s. r. o., Hranice. Situace je zhodnocena pomocí metod finanční analýzy. Jsou využívány jednotlivé ukazatele zadluženosti, rentability, likvidity a aktivity. Pomocí metody pyramidového rozkladu je zhodnocen vybraný ukazatel rentability. V této kapitole je srovnán podnik s odvětvím. K práci jsou přiloženy jako přílohy rozvaha společnosti za rok 2008-2011 a výkaz zisku a ztráty za rok 2008-2011.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the financial situation of the company SSI Schäfer, Ltd. boundary between 2008-2011. The evaluation is performed using selected methods of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction and the last conclusion. The second chapter describes the methodology of financial analysis. There are various indicators include ratio analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis of a pyramid decomposition methods of financial analysis. The third chapter contains a presentation of the company, its history and scope of business. The evolution of the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year 2008-2011 is shown by the vertical and horizontal analysis. This chapter also includes a SWOT analysis of the company. The fourth part of the application. includes an assessment of the financial situation of the company SSI Schäfer, Ltd., Borders. The situation is evaluated using the methods of financial analysis. They are used by various debt ratios, profitability, liquidity and activity. Selected indicator of profitability is evaluated using this method, pyramid decomposition . This chapter is aligned with business sector. The work is attached as annexes balance sheet for the year 2008-2011 and the profit and loss account for the year 2008-2011.
