Návrh využití částečně opuštěné vodárny v Lounech

Abstract

In this thesis are created two proposals for partially abandoned waterworks in the city Louny. The form is an architectural study (annex), which can be basis for the planning of any construction activities. Drafting of the proposals was preceded by familiarization with brownfields and reconstruction issues. In addition, an analysis of the provided services and recreational opportunities was carried out in the city of Louny and its surroundings, as well as the needs of the inhabitants of the city. By analyzing spatial planning documents, the territorial limits of the waterworks area were determined, limiting the design of its future use. Part of the thesis is the evaluation and creation of drawing documentation of the existing state of the object and of the adjacent lands. Both proposals for future use are compared and evaluated. The questionnaire survey focused on the preferences of the population in relation to the elaborated proposals.
