Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the Controlling of building contracts as a means, which nowadays seems to be one of the indispensable tools of modern and efficient business management. Performing an analysis in the course of the contract in a construction company and its follow-up evaluation, and highlighting the critical space throughout the construction process, including recommendations for possible ways of reparation. The first part describes important concepts connected with managing and controlling the enterprise. The second part introduces and describes the performance of a particular company in which the controlling analysis was carried out on an authentic commission. The third part deals with the current status of Controlling described in the above mentioned company where the carried out analysis confirmed the assumption that the system of comprehensive controlling has not been introduced. Individual sections are described and compared with the real construction process, and possible solutions for the issues discussed are also put forward.
