Abstract

This dissertation is concerned with the modernization of the Laboratory problem from the Power Electronics with electronical switching parts Solid State Rele. My first task is to describe this parts, to introduce with function, with using types and with their advantages. Next task is to design samples with some types of Solid State Rele, which have different switching (instant on switching, zero switching, peak switching and analog switching). The last task is to make this samples, verify the function and record the time courses.
