Analýza vlivu použití datových schránek na činnost orgánů veřejné správy

Abstract

The content of this thesis is to describe the basic operating parameters of the data boxes and evaluation of their use in relation to public administration in less than five years after their start. The goal of thesis is to confirm or disprove the two hypotheses: 1st: Start of data boxes reduced the possibility of avoidance of delivering documents from public authorities. 2nd: Data boxes are economically efficient because its using reduced the cost of delivering. The work describes the process of computerization and implementation of eGovernment in the Czech legal order. Part of eGovernment is undoubtedly also starting the data boxes in July 2009. They fundamentally changed possibilities of delivering, a communication in the direction from the public authorities. The thesis describes the basic operation with data boxes including their types different by entity of the holder. The practical part indicated several institutions against which may clients make submissions through data boxes. According to some amendments is submission to some institutions mandatory. The thesis also includes analysis of the costs of the data boxes and outline form of data boxes in neighboring countries.
