Analýza preferencí zákazníků na online trhu cestovního ruchu

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the analysis of preferences in the online tourism market. The aim of this thesis is identifying and analyzing customer preferences in the online tourism market. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the tourism market and customer behavior. Results from the online questionnaire survey are processed in the practical part. Recommendations for online tourism intermediaries were proposed based on the information obtained from the research.
