This thesis deals with the planning study sites ÚRZ4 relating to housing and community facilities. The introduction lists the basic theoretical background focusing on the general requirements for the placement of buildings and legislative terms. A summary of knowledge about the city and fixed location. The findings are drawn based urban design with ties to the land use plan and around the city. Then describes the selection of options main urban design and the solutions to transport and technical infrastructure. At the end of an indicative costing for the eventual implementation of the selected option. The whole thesis is composed of text and graphics parts.
