Zhodnocení investičních možností drobného investora

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je sestavení portfolia cenných papírů pro dva typy investorů (podnikavého investora a opatrného investora) za pomocí screeningové aplikace a vícekriteriální analýzy. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní teorie trhů, výnosy, rizika a diverzifikace související s finančními aktivami, investiční instrumenty, metody investování do akciových titulů a základní kroky směřující k tomu stat se investorem. V praktické části jsou sestaveny dvě portfolia, dle kritérií podnikavého a opatrného investora, za použití screeningové aplikace a následné vícekriteriální analýzy. Takto sestavená portfolia byla fiktivně investována, sledována a poté vyhodnocena.

The objective of this work is to build a portfolio of stock screener for two types of investors (the enterprising investor and cautious investor) using a screening applications and a multi-criteria analysis. In the theoretical part are clarified the basic theory of markets, incomes, risks and diversification associated with financial assets, investment instruments, methods of investing in stock titles and basic steps to becoming an investor. In the practical part are compiled two portfolios according to the criteria of the enterprising and cautious investor, using screening applications and subsequent multi-criteria analysis. This composition of the portfolio was fictitiously invested, monitored and then evaluated.
