Sociální bydlení v Třinci – varianta A

Abstract

Bakalářská práce bude obsahovat dispoziční řešení objektu bývalé mateřské školy, včetně pozemku, který k objektu náleží. Jedná se o změnu užívání stavby pro účel bydlení. Bude provedena analýza problematiky současného stavu území i objektu na základě shromážděných podkladů a informací. Tato práce bude vypracována v rozsahu objemové studie ve dvou variantách. Součástí práce je textová a výkresová část, která bude respektovat základní požadavky vyhlášky č. 503/2006 Sb. na obsah a rozsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby.

The bachelor thesis will include a layout of the former kindergarten, including the land that belongs to the object. This is a change of the use of the construction for housing purposes. The current status of the construction and the land will be analyzed based on the acquired documentation and information. The thesis will be conducted in the range of volumetric studies in two versions. The text and design parts which respect the basic requirements of public notice No. 503/2006 Coll. on the content and range of documentation for the request for extradition decision for the location of the building will be a part of this work.
