Investiční rozhodování ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The subject of my thesis was investment decision-making in a selected organization. In the first part of this thesis I worked a theoretical basis for investment decisions and in particular I focused evaluation of investment projects in terms of the criteria of static and dynamic. The main aim of my thesis was to optimize distribution logistics in the field of storage and transport of companies SCHOTT CR, AG and SCHOTT Solar CZ, Ltd. More clearly stated, finding the most advantageous variation of conceiving storage space for these companies. In practical part of my thesis I introduced these companies, clarified the relationships between them and then I devoted the evaluation of investment options, which I get to the calculation, leading to the desired amount of storage space. The most important criteria were cash flow, payback and profitability index. The output of my thesis is the select of a particular option, which is in my opinion best for both companies.
