Kulturní centrum

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší projekt pro realizaci stavby dle zadané studie objektu Kulturního centra. Výstavbou Kulturního centra vznikne třípodlažní objekt jednoduchého obdélníkového tvaru s plochou střechou. V suterénu jsou navrženy skladovací prostory a místnosti pro údržbu a obsluhu objektu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží vznikne společenský sál s veškerým sociálním zázemím a malou kavárnou. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází knihovna se sociálním zázemím a prostory, které budou využívány pro výstavy. Rozsah a obsah této projektové dokumentace je zpracován dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, ve znění vyhlášky č. 62/2013 Sb. V rámci této diplomové práce bylo také zpracováno tepelně technické posouzení konstrukcí a energetický štítek obálky budovy, kde je objekt hodnocen jako úsporný. Diplomová práce je vyhotovena v počtu 77 stran textu a výkresové části.

This thesis solves a project for a realization of a construction according to requested study of a Cultural centrum object. By building the Cultural centrum, a three-floor object in simple rectangular shape with flat roof will come into being. In the basement, there are storage areas and rooms for maintenance and staff of the object. On the ground floor will be a ballroom with all sanitary installations and small café. On the first floor will be a library with sanitary installations and areas for galleries and exhibitions. The extent and contents of this project documentation is made according to a public notice no. 499/2006 of the code, about a documentation of buildings, in the definition of a public notice no. 62/2013 of the code. In terms of this thesis was also made a calorific-technical appraisal of constructions and energy performance certificate, where the object was evaluated as economical. The thesis is made in count of 77 pages of text and drawing documentation part.
