Problematika měkkých cílů v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měkkých cílů v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. V úvodní části práce je uvedeno teoretické vymezení řešené problematiky, včetně právní úpravy v ČR, ale také řešení problematiky v rámci legislativních předpisů vybraných zemí. Dále jsou rozvedeny měkké cíle a jejich specifika. Následně je proveden výběr metod, které jsou v závěrečné části práce použity pro hodnocení ohroženosti konkrétního typu měkkého cíle a návrhu opatření pro zlepšení bezpečnosti.

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of soft targets in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into several chapters. In the introductory part of the thesis there is a theoretical definition of the solved issue, including legal regulation in the Czech Republic, but also the solution of the issue within the legislative regulations of selected countries. Further, the soft targets and their specifics are elaborated. Subsequently, there is a selection of methods that are used in the final part of the thesis to assess the vulnerability of a particular type of soft target and to propose measures to improve safety.
