Abstract

Police of Czech Republic has feature of budget organization and is financed from the state budget by way of chapter no. 314 – Ministry of Interior. The main topic of my writing is to describe budget system and its application connected with Police of Czech Republic Regional Headquarters of North Bohemia. In the beginning we are met with police historical development, with its character and its function, with territorial separation and financial provision. The next part describes budget process under the conditions of Police of Czech Republic. The most important third part has style of case study that describes method of budget process, its implementation and interpretation in the year 2008. Everything is shown under the conditions Regional Police Headquarters of North Bohemia, one of the eight Regional Police Headquarters.
