Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the causes of non-conforming products and determine their origin. The task is also to develop a theoretical basis for understanding the practical part. In the theoretical part, I would like to focuse on issues of quality, non-conforming product, quality management tools and a description of the production processes of the selected products. The practical part is focused on the analysis and finding the causes of non-conforming products using quality management tools. Recommendations for their elimination are made for the largest sources of causes.
