Zhodnocení spokojenosti a osobní pohody zaměstnanců

Abstract

This thesis deals with analysis of satisfaction and well-being of employees of a chosen company. Reward system and interpersonal relationships at the work place were chosen as examined factors of work satisfaction, while work engagement and burnout issues were chosen in the area of well-being. The aim of this dissertation was to assess level of employees` content with each factor of job satisfaction and employee well-being via questionnaire. In the context of job satisfaction, respondents were the least satisfied with their salaries and with the way their wages were determinated on the pay scale. In the context of well-being, it was found that most of employees are committed, only part of the respondents is endangered of having burnout. At the same time, a connection was discovered between employees under stress and employees endangered by burnout. The conclusion of this thesis includes proposal of procedures and recommendations, which would lead to preservation or in some cases to increase of work satisfaction, which in turn has a positive influence on overal well-being of company`s employees.
