Abstract
Controlled rolling is accomplished by appropriate structural and hence a combination of mechanical properties. This is essentially a control thermomechanical, time and cooling parameters during forming. The experiment was investigated simulation-control rolling, with a focus on the rod rolling of microalloyed steel 38MnVS6 in the conditions of Třinecké železárny a.s. The samples with dimension of 10 x 15 x 20 mm were put to plasto-metrically checking (PSCT) on the Gleeble. The tests were both continuous, where as variables there were selected temperatures strain and cooling rate as discontinuous with the various teperature strain and times between pass 1, 10 and 100 s. The major section of the experimental works was focused on the monitoring of the influence of the forming work on the structural of the microalloyed steels in dependence on the different cooling rate of the particular samples. The objective discontinuous test were the evaluation of the dependence tension/deformation, determination of the point of the softening of the structure and determination of the constants for the mathematically equations for calculation softening X.
