Analýza a management environmentálních konfliktů a návrh strategie jejich řešení

Abstract

The current state of the mining industry in the Czech Republic represents, apart from other things, solving the environmental conflicts arising from the termination of mineral extraction and the search associated with discovering other uses for these lands, which is different from the originally approved final plan of land reclamation. Areas of previously extracted deposits waiting for development or reclamation introduce the possibility of creating investment plans or solving the current conflicts that would otherwise represent the occupation of other undeveloped lands. In observing the current state, research from the general empirical methods was used. As detailed by the general theoretical scientific methods, the method of analytical-systematic cognitive methods and the method of induction and deduction were used. The work provides analysis of the current state in the field of land-use planning (zoning) and its contact with mining regulations. The work also provides an analysis of the already implemented plans for other uses of land, which can serve as inspiration. The work is prepared for the target group, which is represented by the political representation of local governments, deputies of administrative bodies and mining organizations, to whom the legal regulation gives the power to participate in the process of finding other uses of land where mineral extraction is terminated. The result is the recommended procedure, including setting priorities when looking for other use of land.
