Monitorování plošné kontaminace na klinice nukleární medicíny

Abstract

This thesis is focused on monitoring of surface contamination at the department of nuclear medicine. The aim of the thesis is to identify possible risk areas based on acquired data from experimental measurement. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of ionizing radiation and its biological effects on the human body. The experimental part presents chosen measurement procedure, acquired data from the experimental measurement and the evaluation of the data based on limit values defined by law regulations. In addition, the evaluated data are assessed in terms of possible risks regarding the safety of personnel of nuclear medicine clinic.
