Ekonomické vyhodnocení změny logistického procesu ve výrobním podniku TES VSETÍN s.r.o.

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis presents an economic evaluation of an investment project. The main objective is to evaluate the economic feasibility of a change in the logistic process at TES VSETÍN s.r.o., a manufacturing company, critically assess it, and propose improvements. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents not only the specific company but also the principles of investment planning and methods for evaluating them – both static and dynamic. In the practical part, the investment project is described, and its associated expenses are defined. Additionally, the expected cash flow from the investment is defined, and the investment project is evaluated using static and dynamic investment evaluation methods and critically assessed. Subsequently, the author proposes improvements to the economic benefits of the investment project and evaluates them.
