Abstract
This thesis deals with possibilities of increasing satisfaction of students of Faculty of Mining and Geology VŠB - TU Ostrava. An important part of this work is a theory that focuses on marketing communications, marketing research, customer satisfaction and maintaining brand value. The practical part focuses on the creation of the questionnaire, the investigation and evaluation of gained data, presentation of proposals and recommendations for correcting the problem areas.
