Výroba pohledových interiérových dílů vozidla z kompozitních materiálů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice pohledových kompozitních dílů. V úvodu je přiblížen význam pohledových dílů z kompozitních materiálů v automobilech, důvod výroby pohledových podlah a uvedení do teoretické části, která je zaměřena na kompozity, v současnosti používané materiály a výrobní technologie kompozitů. V praktické části se práce zabývá návrhem výroby pohledových kompozitních podlah do prototypu vozu SC Titan, jejich stavbou a úpravou forem pro laminaci, samotnou výrobou dílů pomocí ruční laminace a následnými finálními povrchovými úpravami vyrobených dílů. Postup výroby dílů je chronologicky popsán a obsahuje množství obrázků pořízených při výrobě.

The bachelor thesis deals with the production of interior composite parts. In the introduction the importance of composite parts in automotive applications is presented. The purpose of manufacturing composite automotive flooring is explained. The theoretical part introduces the currently used materials and manufacturing technologies of composites. The practical part of the thesis deals with the design of manufacturing composite floors for the SC Titan prototype car. Construction and modification of moulds for lamination. Production of parts by hand lamination and subsequent surface treatment of the produced parts. The process of making the parts is described chronologically and includes a number of pictures taken during production.
