Abstract
This bachelor thesis describes the analysis of the specific parameters of blood which indicate the thrombogenic activity. Donors of blood and blood components with higher number of platelet in thromoboconcentrate were included into the research. We verified, whether the higher number of the platelet is quantitatively correlated with the platelets quality, and whether the quantity is bound to the factors of humoral or cellular immunity, or only to genetic predisposition.
