Analýza vybraných personálních činností v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

In my bachelor's thesis I deal with the analysis of the process of adaptation in an industrial enterprise: BONATRANS GROUP a.s. My thesis contains of the theoretical basis of basic personnel activities, which was needed to process the practical part. In this practical part I deal with the process of an adaptation of a new employee in the company. I evaluated the questionnaires, which served as a basis for processing proposals and recommendations for improving the process of adaptation in the company. In the end, I summarized the whole work and presented the most important results of the analysis.
