Využívání softwaru pro vedení účetnictví

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce využívání softwaru pro vedení účetnictví. První kapitola se věnuje právní úpravě a obecnému vymezení účetnictví, včetně kritérií a požadavků na účetní software a způsoby jeho pořízení. Druhá kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku, obsahovou stránku a cenovou dostupnost nejvyužívanějším účetním softwarům na trhu. U každého softwaru je představena i firma, která daný účetní software nabízí. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vybranou společnost a její účetní software, který využívá pro svou podnikatelskou činnost. Součástí je zhodnocení dosud používaného softwaru a návrh nového, dle vybraných kritérií.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the use of software for accounting. The first chapter is devoted to the legal regulations and to the general definition of bookkeeping, including the criteria and requirements for accounting software and the methods of its acquisition. The second chapter provides information about the characteristics, contents and price availability of the most commonly used accounting software on the market. The companies that offer the individual accounting software products are also introduced. The third chapter focuses on a selected company and its accounting software the company uses for its business activity. The thesis also includes an evaluation of the currently used software and a proposal of a new one according to the selected criteria.
