Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the comprehensive design of electrical installations for a family house meeting the standards of a nearly zero-energy building (nZEB). The theoretical part analyzes the current legislative framework, specifically Act No. 406/2000 Coll. and Decree No. 264/2020 Coll., and defines technical requirements for internal wiring, lightning protection, and the integration of renewable energy sources. The practical output is the project documentation of the electrical installation for a specific timber-framed building in the Rapotín cadastral area, including power distribution, a 8.1 kWp hybrid photovoltaic system with battery storage, and a heating system. A key part of the work consists of a comparison of the energy performance of the building in two variants processed in the ENERGIE 2023.4 LT software. The results demonstrate that without the installation of a photovoltaic system, the building does not meet the legal limits for non-renewable primary energy (achieving 115 kWh/m²/year against a limit of 94 kWh/m²/year), whereas with its use, this value drops to 59 kWh/m²/year and the building reaches classification class A. The thesis also includes an economic evaluation which, considering subsidy support, sets the simple payback period of the investment in photovoltaics at approximately 11 years. The proposed solution represents a technically and legislatively optimal variant for modern sustainable construction.
