Abstract
My thesis deals with the method of determination of boron, beryllium and cobalt in substances with carbon matrix, especially in solid fuels with the method of atomic emission spectroscopy with the inductively coupled plasma. The certification of this determination was done on AES – ICP spectrometer Spectro Ciros Vision and stated elements were set in certificate reference materials SARM20 and IBC – 112. The certification was performed in three different procedures of dissociation and shortened validation of the method. The results show that for determination of stated elements we must use two different methods of conversion from carbon substance into solution. For determination of Be and Co it is acid mixture of HNO3, HClO4 and H2SO4 or mixture HNO3 and H2O2, for determination of B it must be used destructive mixture of HNO3, H2SO4 and H2O2 or mixture HNO3 and H2O2.
