Řízení obchodní činnosti ve firmě Marty

Abstract

The aim of this work is to make a real analysis of business activity in the company Marty and suggest measures for next innovation of the economical results in the company. I was separating this work on several chapters. The first section is focused on the characteristics of one´s own company. In the next part I focused on theoretical part, where I outlined some conceptions which are connected with bussiness and establishment trade. Then I am analyzing the methods of business activity. The subsequent section is devoted to suggestions for innovation of the business aktivity and follow up recommendations how it could help for the next expanse of this company.
