Modifikacia grafénového materiálu pre biomedicínské využitie

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to study the modification of the graphene based material by covalent and non-covalent functionalization with its potential use in medicine as a carrier of drug forms. In the practical part of the diploma thesis is contained preparation of grapheneoxide by Hummers method and subsequent modification with chitosan, polyethylene glycol and folic acid. The prepared samples are characterized by Raman spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The graphene based structures are mixed with the camptothecin anticancer drug after modification and characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy.
