Návrh praktického výcviku pro práce ve výškách s ohledem na rizikovost pracovní činnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem praktického výcviku pro práce ve výškách pro společnost Skanska a.s. V první části práce jsou uvedeny legislativní požadavky vztažené k této problematice a rozebírána školení BOZP a jejich dělení. V dalších částech je provedeno rozdělení výcviku do kategorií podle charakteru práce za účelem návrhu náplně školení. Jsou navrženy osnovy teoretické a praktické části těchto školení a vytyčeny požadavky na školitele, stanoveny lhůty opakovaných školení a způsob ověřování znalostí. Závěrem se práce věnuje osvědčení o provedeném školení pro práce ve výškách a informuje o alternativní možnosti školení na simulovaných pracovištích výukových polygonů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a practical training for working at height for Skanska a.s. company. The first part of the thesis presents the legislative requirements related to this issue and the Occupation Health and Safety (OHS) and its divisions are analysed. In the following sections the training is divided into categories according to the nature of the work in order to design the content of these trainings. The curriculum of theoretical and practical part of these training sessions and the requirements for the trainers are outlined, the re-training periods and the way of verifying knowledge are set. In conclusion, the thesis is devoted to the certificate of the training for work at height and informs about the alternative possibilities of training at simulated workplaces of teaching polygons.
