Generování rychlých jednorázových signálů a jejich měření číslicovým osciloskopem – laboratorní úloha.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření úloh pro generování a měření rychlých jednorázových signálů na číslicovém osciloskopu. V práci jsou uvedeny popisy jednotlivý signálů s principy jejich generování. Po seznámení se s problematikou návrhu byly sestrojeny dva funkční vzorky analogových tvarovačů signálu s varaktorem SRD a vedením, a tvarovače s lavinovým tranzistorem, které byly porovnány v časové i kmitočtové oblasti. Dále byl realizován generátor na architektuře FPGA desky Spartan – 3, firmy Xilinx. V práci je popsán návrh, realizace a jeho testování. V příloze je uveden vzorový protokol laboratorní úlohy se zadáním.

The objective of this bachelor´s thesis is the creation of tasks for the generation and measurement of fast signals on digital oscilloscope. The descriptions of particular signals and the principles of their generation are given in the thesis. After the acquaintance with the issue two functional specimens of analog shapers of signal with the varactor SRD and line were designed and constructed as well as shapers with avalanche transistor. Their time and frequency qualities were compared. A generator on the architecture FPGA of the Spartan - 3 board of the firm Xilinx was also realized. Its design, realization and testing is also described in the thesis. Sample record of the laboratory task including the instructions is given in the annex.
