Abstract

This thesis describes the design of a new document reports on the emergency or crisis situation, which used in communication between Crisis staffs. The first part of this work describes the status and activities of individual crisis management authorities. It then focuses on the actual status of crisis staffs in crisis management system focusing on the crisis staff municipalities with extended competence which describes its establishment, activation, individual tasks and cooperation between other Crisis staffs. And finally before the sample design document reports on the emergency or crisis situation describes the information flows between the Crisis staffs and the use documents of the message.
