Abstract
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to compare free available software and the web tools for calculating the building´s loss of heat. The introductory part focuses on the basic issue of the loss of heat by using the standards of ČSN EN 12831 which came into force in 2005. The second part focuses on familiarization with the selected programmes and the web tools for calculating the building´s loss of heat and an evaluation according to the comparative criteria.
