Abstract

By entering this thesis is the building licencing of photovoltaic power plant project. In the first part of this thesis describes the photovoltaic power plant as a whole and in particular them: the principle and description, history, and photovoltaic cells used in current practice. The second part of this thesis is focused on current legislation in the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants. Also, there are procedures and materials necessary for building control. The last part deals with photovoltaic power plant construction and the creation of specific standard project documentation, which also includes materials and documents necessary for the realization of photovoltaic power. It is here in particular to obtain a license to produce electricity from the Energy Regulatory Authority and connection of photovoltaic power plants to the distribution network providers for the distribution network of the location of generating electricity.
