Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes the issue of employee motivation, but as well as the area of employee benefits in general terms and in conditions of the selected company. The first part focuses on the general description and characteristics of the different key concepts and elements that affect individual employees and businesses in their decision making. The practical part is familiar with the selected company and analyzed the current situation, with a credible capture current conditions serves a questionnaire survey, which was carried out within a given company. In direct relation in the obtained and interpreted results, followed by a section with suggestions and recommendations to improve, optimize and more effective the existing system of corporate employee motivation and employee benefits. The company through these measures can achieve better economic results and is able to retain quality employees.
