Analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části autor popisuje a zaměřuje se na teoretická východiska motivace. V následující praktické části je provedena analýza na základě dvou vybraných sociologických metod výzkumu. Na základě výsledků této analýzy autor vypracoval na konci této práce návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců pracující ve vybrané organizaci.

The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of employees in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part, the author describes and focuses on the theoretical foundations of motivation. In the following practical part, an analysis is performed based on two selected sociological research methods. Based on the results of this analysis, at the end of this thesis, the author developed suggestions and recommendations for improving the motivation of employees working in the selected organization.
