Abstract

The main object of the thesis corresponds directly with its assignment. I have done an analysis in a chosen company and recommended suggestions for changes according to the obtained results. While elaborating the thesis, I obtained important information by means of professional methods and reached the object by using it. The object was to put forward production optimization and thus increase the effectiveness of the production process focused on one product, which is exported by the company. One of the partial objects was also suggestion of standards for single operations and recommendations in the area of quality control. The positive approach of the company to the suggested changes proved that the obtained information is an important source for the company further activities and now they are thinking about continuation in the production optimizing also with their other products. The thesis consists of the introduction, theoretical part, practical part, the company introduction, measuring of single operations and recommendations for the company. In the end of the thesis, I deal with the overall summary of the discussed topic and reactions to my recommendations.
