This diploma thesis provides basic information about fire safety equipment and points to various deficiencies in planning, installation and it´s subsequent usage. Primary, it focuses on the presentation of a new fire safety equipment and a device to prevent the initiation of a fire or a suppression of an explosion. Furthermore it describes basic principles of smoke and heat control system and an impact of time delayed activation. The main goal of the thesis is to clarify the operation of the device for preventing an initiation of fire or an explosion and the smoke control equipment during the fire and its impact on a construction.
