Abstract

Diploma project topic is „Working performance assesment of employees in particular department in industrial enterprise.“ The aim is to improve working performance with suggestion and recommendation which would motivate employees. Thesis is divided into 2 parts. Theoretical part is elaborated with help of specialised literature which is focused on motivatoin, assesment and reward system of employees. Practical part is focused on working performance analyses which was elaborated with questionnaire method. The first assesment took place at the end of the year 2012 by the executive director of the company. There were proposed recommendation for working performance improvement on the basis of information given and assesed employees comments. The second assesment took place in 2013. The assesment was performed by the executive director of the company, too. Comparison of working performance was made from results of assesment. Part of the diploma project is motivation system,, wage regulation and benefits of SIAG CZ, s.r.o. company.
