Vliv alkoholu na činnost hasičů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá alkoholem, jak u řidičů, tak i příslušníků HZS. V úvodní kapitole jsou statistiky nehodovosti v závislosti na alkoholu za volantem a také vliv alkoholu na úmrtí či zranění při požárech. Následující kapitola je zaměřená na legislativní rámec kontroly řidičů, ale také alkoholu na pracovišti. V dalším, velice důležitém bodě, je popis technických prostředků soužící k detekci, jejich servis a nákladovost. Technické prostředky jsou, jak na zjišťování alkoholu v dechu, tak i na zjišťování drog v dechu. V následujícím bodě je vyhodnocení užívání alkoholu u řidičů a hasičských sborů v Evropě. Jsou zde vypsány státy, jejich minimální dovolené hranice alkoholu v krvi a případné pokuty a zajímavosti. V závěrečné kapitole je vyhodnocen dotazník a je zde navržen kontrolní systém a vybavení HZS krajů pro kontrolu požití alkoholu, psychotropním a omamných látek. Dotazníky byly vyplněny příslušníky HZS a jsou zpracovány graficky.

The diploma thesis deals with alcohol concerning both drivers and members of the fire rescue service. The introductory chapter presents statistics of the accident rate in relation to DUI as well as the impact of alcohol on death or injury during fires. The following chapter focuses on the legal framework for checking drivers as well as alcohol abuse at work. Another very important point is the description of technical means used for the detection, their service and costs. There are technical means for detecting alcohol in breath as well as drugs in breath. The following part includes evaluation of the use of alcohol by drivers and fire brigades in Europe. It describes the countries, the permitted tolerance for alcohol in blood and potential fines and interesting facts. The final chapter includes an evaluation of the survey and proposes a control system and equipment of regional fire rescue services for detecting the use of alcohol, psychotropic and narcotic substances. The questionnaires were completed by fire rescue system members and processed graphically.
