Počítačová analýza obrazových předloh

Abstract

This thesis concerns computer analysis of chosen group of traffic signs. Algorithm was implemented in Delphi programming language. There has been used RGB color characteristics their visualisation and analysis. Application is capable of recognising any traffic sign given as input. This detected traffic sign is then visualised and labeled with official name.
