Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on processing images taken by unmanned aerial vehicles followed by creating 3D model of water reservoir Baška for the purpose of its mud removal. In theoretical part can be found informations about location, the subject of the reconstruction, about used technical equipment, its calibration leading to accurate results and legislation of using the unmanned vehicles. Practical part includes the process of data collecting starting of planning, investigation the location to method of data collection. It is finished by 3D models creation process in a special software program and graphic outputs from it. These resulting models are the goal of the work according to the requirements of the state institution managing the Odra river basin, which ensures the mud removal and the reconstruction of the water reservoir.
