Zavedení outsourcingu na DS Most státního podniku Česká pošta, s.p.

Abstract

The submitted thesis deals with outsourcing introduction to ensure the repair activities in Most Ship Centre in the company Czech post between the years 2005 to 2010. The short introduction is followed by the Ship Centre characteristic. The following two charters describe the Ship Centre activities before and after the gradual introduction of outsourcing. The fifth chapter includes outcomes, their economic comparison, and comments to the particular results. The concluding part of the thesis evaluates convenience of outsourcing introduction for Ship Centre Most and proposes improvement of the present situation.
