Hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti VÚHŽ, a.s.

Abstract

The main objective of the thesis is the evaluation of the job satisfaction of the employees in the company VÚHŽ. Work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains a literature search. In the introduction, describes the management of human resources, motivation and reward. The practical part includes an assessment of the satisfaction of the employees covered by the questionnaire investigation and then to evaluated in MS Excel. Furthermore, it was for the five selected issues testing the independence of qualitative characters in PivotTable reports. Evaluation of the testing was conducted using statistical software. At the conclusion of the work of new solutions are designed to improve and also listed the changes that already on the basis of the evaluation of the questionnaire investigation took place.
