Abstract
The topic of the bachelor thesis is a Business plan proposal for company establishment in service area. A good idea and entering a market with something new are a key for a business in service area. Nowadays it is a very difficult because the competition is too high. A business plan of the Café is a main aim of the Bachelor Thesis. For a Business plan creating were used following methods: Lean Canvas, Questionnaire, Porter’s model of 5 competitive strength, Dutch price sensitivity test, Organizational structure, Marketing plan, Financial analysis, SWOT and PEST.
