Řízení bezpečnosti organizace pomocí systémového řízení procesů

Abstract

At present there are greater requirements to ensure a comprehensive security in the organization to be in accordance with the statutory legislation and internal guidelines. The control of all measures must be enabled. It covers ensuring the complex safety so that the top management employees who have no specialized knowledge of the various areas of a security are able to check the work of their (subordinate) workers and thus protect not only their health and life but also the possession of the parent organization and ensure the profit. The dissertation deals with a methodological procedure to ensure safety of the organization from the perspective of external and internal factors (risks) of the different areas affecting the organization. All organizations deal with the risk analysis resulting from the processes in the organization, whether through a professionally qualified person to perform the tasks in risk prevention, or a person with a good knowledge of the issue. Other risks that do not arise from the processes in the organization have not been solved yet. The Correlations Analysis, which had been applied to this methodology, has become a base for this dissertation.
